Dowling & Yahnke Wealth Advisors, currently managing over $5.7 billion of assets for more than 1,300 clients, is proud to announce that Emily Zerbato, IACCP®, has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer of the firm.

Since her arriving at Dowling & Yahnke, she has been instrumental in elevating our compliance culture.”
Emily joined Dowling & Yahnke Wealth Advisors in 2020. She serves an integral role in the ongoing development of the Firm’s regulatory compliance program by leading the Firm’s Compliance Committee and as a member of the Business Continuity Committee. Emily holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University, Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to joining Dowling & Yahnke, she worked for three years as an operations and compliance analyst within an emerging Registered Investment Adviser. She was responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s compliance and operations program. Previously, she was a third-party regulatory consultant for eight years and provided consulting services on investment adviser and broker-dealer regulatory matters. Emily is actively involved with the Investment Advisor Association.
Emily is assuming the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) position pursuant to the previous CCO, Larry Nakamura, being promoted to the CCO of CI Private Wealth. Dowling & Yahnke was acquired by CI Private Wealth in 2021.
