What do you find most rewarding about working at Dowling & Yahnke?

As a manager of the Administrative staff, I find their successes most rewarding. It’s always a joy to see people that I’ve trained since the beginning of their career at Dowling & Yahnke grow, learn, and take pride in their work.

What quality of yours makes you best suited for what you do?

I am a naturally stubborn person, but with stubbornness comes determination. I will see tasks through to the end, and create the highest quality product no matter what.

What is the best concert you ever attended?

The best concert I ever attended was a Garth Brooks show in L.A. Not only was it an incredible show, but it was particularly special because I had a meet and greet with him. He was kind, generous, and just a genuinely normal guy.

What is your personal motto or mantra?

I enjoy the phrase “infuse your life with action.” It can apply to many things in life, whether it’s physical activity, mental stimulation, building a social life, or conquering fears. When facing a challenge or a choice, I’ve found that sometimes the best thing is simply to take action.

What book are you currently reading?

I am currently rereading the Harry Potter series from the beginning, and I’m in the middle of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It’s been about 10 years since I revisited the series, and it feels nostalgic and comforting to experience these stories again.
